This book was amazing, had a great talent writing and compelling to read with also giving to all of us to discover an experienced and journey that base from the history of Lord and Lady Byron marriage for the main character’s of this story plus some of the ideals of the author will giving us to explore of what will happen when the hero-worship of a mortal should not be unequally yoked is as true as it was in 1815, and a woman was as ensnared by physical beauty and charm then as they are now, in London’s Society of that year, a man’s financial state was often more important than his spiritual state. Many tragic and unhappy marriages were made in this way, what is it for them to make the choice would be effective for all their life. Megan Whitson Lee is passionate about tough, relevant topics, and the redemptive of God. Her self-published novel, Captives, was the winner of the 2016 Blue Ridge Mountain Christian Writers Conference Director’s Choice Award. It was also a 2016 Selah Award finalist. Her contemporary novel, Suburban Dangers, was released in May2017.

Megan has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from George Mason University. She is an editor for Pelican Book Group and teaches high school English in Fairfax Country, Virgin where she lives with her husband and two greyhounds.
